1. Who operates the app

The app is provided under the public brand Passion Gifts by Aaesha. The legal business entity is PASSION HUB FOR ONLINE SELLING. The public support address appears in the contact section below.

2. Data collection in version 1

Version 1 does not require an account and does not send questionnaire answers, saved planner profiles, goals, family-planning details, events, or generated blueprints to our servers. The app does not include advertising, third-party analytics, tracking, or behavioral-profiling SDKs.

3. Data stored on the device

Your selections, drafts, completed blueprints, and app settings are stored locally on your device. They remain there until you delete an individual planner, use “Delete All Data,” or remove the app. Deleting or losing the device may also remove the data because version 1 has no cloud backup.

4. PDF and image exports

PDFs and preview images are created only when you request them. When you share or save an exported file through the iOS share sheet, the selected app, cloud service, recipient, or storage location may process that file under its own privacy policy. Passion Gifts does not automatically receive a copy.

5. Sensitive information

The app is not intended to store passwords, bank credentials, government identifiers, detailed medical records, or precise location. Please do not enter such information in optional text fields.

6. Children

The app may help a parent organize child-related routines, school dates, or family activities. It does not require a child account and should not be given unnecessary identifying or sensitive information about a child. A parent or guardian should control any child-related information entered into the app.

7. Permissions

The current version does not request photo-library, contacts, microphone, camera, location, or tracking permission. Sharing is initiated by the user through the standard operating-system share sheet.

8. Legal and safety boundaries

The app organizes user-selected information. It does not provide medical or psychological diagnosis, financial advice, or religious rulings.

9. Changes

Future account, cloud-sync, payment, analytics, personalization, or AI features may change how data is handled. This policy will be updated before such features are released.
